Young man who took my information was friendly and knowledgeable about my car and guided me to the proper maintenance required. Video showing my car and the current condition was very good. The tech filming pointed to various items and let me know that things were ok on my car, I liked this. Checking out was quick, this was appreciated. Not happy. Took way too long to get a response. Dropped the car off at 9, never heard anything until I inquired around 130 when I was told you were just starting to look at it. Pathetic service...worse is that I now have to wait for a part. I wasted half a day with no car for no reason. And still no ETA
After contacting Zoe directly and not dealing with the guys at the service counter, I was very pleased with how she got my new car issues directed and handled in service. Bruce was excellent with explaining what they would be doing and keeping me informed with the progress. He had my loaner car waiting when I dropped off my car. The first time addressed my car issues at my first oil change, I was unsatisfied with what the service guy said, and I declined the service.
Landen Peterson and Milad were great to work with. They were very friendly, kind, non-pressuring, and professional. They made my car purchase experience a pleasant one. I am happy with my Mazda CX-5 purchase and would reccomend this dealership and sales people to anyone! Great prices, reliable vehicles, professional atmosphere and they have a good team of people.

If at all possible go anywhere else. My car was in the shop for multiple months with little to no communication. Years ago I had to lemon out a car and this experience was much much worse then that. After initially damaging my vehicle, then misdiagnosing, then repairing and stopping work but not informing me. I found out over a month later the my engine was ceased. I am seriously disappointed in the service. I have had my car in so many times for the same problem. The car wreaks of antifreeze and was never cleaned. I’ve never received an email , call , nothing about any of the calls. I’m just so over this situation and the fact my car never gets fixed and just gets pushed off and dismissed. I had several concerns about my new vehicle that the service technician did not have the answers to. After I got home, I noticed that the paint on my car was chipped. They also did not put a new oil change sticker on my windshield indicating the interval on which I should return for my next oil change.
I went in because the driver side done light wasn't turning on. Nick gave me a timeframe and pulled the car into the garage. I went to the waiting room and about ten minutes later he came in to get me. It works great now.
He was very thorough and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle.

Tim Scott was wonderful to work with. He made the process easier than I had anticipated. I was expecting the dealership additions and he did a great job explaining them. It would be nice to have a hard ceiling for price upfront, but that really is not within his control. He had a good rapport with the service department and was able to field all of my used vehicle concerns, with receipts. I would definitely recommend working with Tim and would gladly go back to him for my next vehicle.
