Excellent service, incredibly friendly and professional staff. Everything was fast, smooth, and very well organized!

I’m missing most of my covers for my hubcaps or they are damaged. The tires don’t have the caps on them and this was my first time getting my tires rotated. Then I was told my car doesn’t have any tire rotations included and I had 3 of them included.

I came in late on a Saturday, but Chris and Justin were very nice and helpful with all my questions. They stayed past hours to help me with my purchase and give me an amazing deal.

I like that you can set up an oil change right from the app. I appreciate the service team, I only wish they had techs available on weekends for more complex repairs as my passenger window has been having issues since I purchased the car but work during the week so I haven't been able to get it fixed.

I bought my 2024 vehicle in because of failed sensor. Was told it wasn’t covered because stone caused damage. Very disappointing. When told of cost Kristen said she would try and reduce cost. Instead I got on tack on fee for shop supplies. This was an electronic sensor. When asked about supplies was told it was an automatic charge regardless of service. I was in the market for a used recent model CX-30 and located one at Metro Mazda. I drove 90 miles to test drive the vehicle. We quickly concluded a deal. All of the paperwork was done online and they delivered the vehicle to me 18 hours after I drove it. An extremely easy process. Robyn O'Donnell was a pleasure to work with.

This shop only cares about money, not service. I was shopping for cars a couple years ago, and this shop was my first stop. The salesman was respectful, but the finance guy was a creep. Serive appointment was supposed to take 1 hour, 1 hour 30 minutes at most. Ended up taking over 2 hours. Only got 1 update during the course of service.

Went in for a last minute wheel alignment appointment which was more than happy they had an available slot. But upon the service I was sent the usual video (with service updates and explanations). In this video it started off with my car parked and ready to go while stating that my inner tie rod was disconnected and they had connected and tightened everything. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. They never want their customer to feel inconvenienced by anything that has gone wrong with the car so they had a loaner car waiting for me when I needed service that was going to take a few weeks to complete. Spectacular service!

Overall, the dealership is on par with others. Clear communication both in sales and service could improve. They seem to under quote then add additional costs. They lost a sale because of this. She did an excellent job and taking care of the car having a service and checking in on me

I came in to have an O2 sensor replaced on my Mazda 3. I made an appointment over the phone. When I came in at my appointed time, I was told I would have to wait, might have to leave it for a few days for a diagnosis but after some time, Bruce talked to some manager that said they could do it. I waited about an hour to be told that I needed a sensor that cost 600. The mechanic needs props for replacing it without further trouble.
