Working with the sales staff was great. We finished the deal pretty late, and the second key could not be found. They said they’d mail the key the next day. Eventually the manager got involved and took care of the situation. We are now happy and love our brand newish CX-5.

Overall service was excellent. The place was clean, and the service was excellent. However, the coffeemaker should be upgraded. Kirsten did a great job, and you didn’t mind my dog hanging out with me there while waiting.

The staff are super friendly but there was quite a few fees that were not advertised as heavily online. As someone who came looking for a specific car, include those extra prices somewhere obvious so buyers have the transparency upfront! But otherwise everyone was super helpful and personable!!

Right after my oil change I got 1 mine up the road and was stranded on the hwy for an hour waiting for a tow. The service department made it right and fixed the repair but I did hot have a good afternoon.
Its my 3rd time here and the service advisors were great. Explained what I needed done. No issues with my car since. I would suggest having your tech speak a little slower when creating the video Had to watch the video twice.

Took 3 hours to replace front brake pads & rotors and do a tire rotation.. I also requested an update to the infotainment firmware to address some performance issues that are corrected on later versions of the software. I have been having the blank screen issue when changing gears from reverse to drive or park. Putting it back into reverse or restarting the car sometimes restores function. The computer sometimes randomly freezes and reboots. And occasional wireless CarPlay connectivity issues. These issues are all addressed in the newer firmware. Tim was very personable, patient and re-assuring in purchasing our vehicle!
Not so good buying experience. Sales manager made me feel bad for requesting somebody that speaks Spanish. Although sales manager did work with me, during the negotiation process, it was carried in a hostile, rude manner. Tim and Alejandro were very transparent and Authentic. Also when entering the finance office, high pressure sales tactics make the customer feel uncomfortable.
I have no complaints. I’m always greeted in a friendly and helpful manner. I receive quick appointments and great service, and the service video always shows what was done. I truly appreciate this Service Department. Great service!!

Nick Mudd did not call back when he said he would- on multiple occasions- my vehicle was there for 2 weeks this time. I have owned the vehicle for 6 months and have had 2 check engine issues. I am very disappointed in the service I have received. I would not recommend them.

Took my car in last Saturday to have my noisy brakes looked at and my driver side window fixed. Great customer service and work done. The advisor Dontario looked out for me and even though my noisy brakes wasn’t fixed, my window was. Dontario definitely gave me some great recommendations on my brakes.
Dealer had my car for 2 weeks and couldn't diagnose it, then handed me a bill for 400dollars. Garbage.

No attention to detail. I was told my car was done for almost 30 minutes before they got me from waiting lounge. Also very bad car wash and car smelled of cigarettes. Not excited to go back here.

Every time I asked to see the window sticker of the car I test drove they dodged and distracted until I forgot again. Early in the day I said I didn’t want the 33k version I wanted the 28k. They pressured me into a 7 year loan at a high interest rate to get the payments low enough. At no point did they tell me they were selling me the 33k version.
