I am seriously disappointed in the service. I have had my car in so many times for the same problem. The car wreaks of antifreeze and was never cleaned. I’ve never received an email , call , nothing about any of the calls. I’m just so over this situation and the fact my car never gets fixed and just gets pushed off and dismissed. I picked my car up low on coolant and stinks.

I had several concerns about my new vehicle that the service technician did not have the answers to. After I got home, I noticed that the paint on my car was chipped. They also did not put a new oil change sticker on my windshield indicating the interval on which I should return for my next oil change.
I went in because the driver side done light wasn't turning on. Nick gave me a timeframe and pulled the car into the garage. I went to the waiting room and about ten minutes later he came in to get me. It works great now.
He was very thorough and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle.

Tim Scott was wonderful to work with. He made the process easier than I had anticipated. I was expecting the dealership additions and he did a great job explaining them. It would be nice to have a hard ceiling for price upfront, but that really is not within his control. He had a good rapport with the service department and was able to field all of my used vehicle concerns, with receipts. I would definitely recommend working with Tim and would gladly go back to him for my next vehicle.

Set up a service appointment receiving an open window to stop by next day. Service advisor Landon assisted with my issue. Master window switch on the driver side that controls mirrors and windows that stopped working on my brand new Mazda CX 70. Waited in the customer lounge while the vehicle was inspected. Found out the issue was a loose connection in the window switch. It was repaired quickly, and I was on my way in about 45 minutes. Liars and scammers. They try to upsell you the additions and protections like crazy. After they say they were gonna discout the stuff, on the final bill they dont.
Brought my 2023 Mazda CX5 in for warranty repair. Problem was solved quickly and professionally for no charge. It would have been even nicer if they washed the car. But, you can’t always get everything.
I did not receive the service I used to. I am quite dissatisfied. I’ve noticed a decline on the services over the last few years. I over the last two years the quality of the service it has definitely declined
Gwen kept blowing us off and never personally getting back to to us-She could of done better!

Tim found me in the lot trying to find the entrance and the rest is history. The car I wanted was gone but he let me look at one that just hit the market, knew I wasn’t excited and got me a car I was considering across the road. Persistent without being pushy and I’m glad I got Tim as my sales rep.
